- This review is going on 2 years overdue. Jon was fantastic. He has incredible patience and spent years answering occasional requests and recommending listings that met our criteria. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or rebuild and were very wishy washy. His negotiation skills are top notch. First home we bid on we got at just over the second best bid. When that home ended up having too many questions and not being what we needed, he helped us seamlessly back out.
